JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for an energetic, eager to learn and professional Finance / Accounts Administration Officer to join this large and reputable organisation located in the Mt Waverley area. 

This is your opportunity to secure an opportunity within a busy, energetic, contemporary and dynamic environment.

This role would suit someone who is looking to progress and build on their Accounts / Finance administration experience.

You will have initial training in the office then transition to work from home.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Cancellations of contracts
  • Process & code of sundry invoices
  • Investigate, identify & rectify any variances 
  • Payment processing
  • Coding of invoices
  • Follow up enquiries - phone & email
  • Prepare payment requests
  • Invoice rebates as instructed
  • Ad hoc administration as directed

If you have experience in Administration with exposure to some accounting & Finance related tasks and looking for your breakthrough in your accounting career, this is the perfect role to build on your experience! 

Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment, strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines with a strong work ethic and desire to continue learning and progress will see you succeed in this position and organisation!
