For over 20 years Staff Australia has proudly differentiated itself from other recruitment providers by ‘Making People Our Business’. As industry specialists in Industrial and Commercial industries, an exciting opportunity now exists for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

With training provided, we are looking for a dedicated and hard-working consultant looking to build a career in the recruitment industry in our Industrial division.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Running inductions
  • Conducting one on one interviews – behavioural and competency relative
  • Updating candidate database and monitoring & editing daily rosters
  • Taking job orders from clients and despatching out candidates

The role will involve constant liaison with other operations team members, sales team and clients so great communication is a must! The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Previous HR or Recruitment exposure is an advantage but not essential
  • Sound computer skills (Candidates may be skills tested)
  • Great attitude and the ability to work well in a team
  • Current drivers licence and own reliable transport
