Our client is a State Authority responsible for a transformational city-shaping infrastructure project.

About the role:

This role involves providing a diverse range of office support, administration, and business process activities; requiring flexibility and adaptability to manage day to day business services activities.


  • Provide office support and administration assistance on various office projects as required.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with a range of stakeholders to ensure needs are met including negotiation and resolution of issues as they arise.
  • Successfully manage a combination of project-based work and daily ongoing responsibilities for a range of items such as office support and accommodation/facilities.
  • Use excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills to coordinate office projects and meet deadlines in a changing environment.

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to use conceptual and problem-solving skills in a dynamic project environment; with experience in a similar office manager/all-rounder type role.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder, negotiation and communication skills demonstrating ability to maintain effective stakeholder relationships and ensure outcomes are aligned with objectives.
  • Flexible can-do attitude and ability to adapt to change.
