Amazing part time opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Assistant who is seeking a position working within a highly regarded and dynamic environment.

We are seeking an exceptional, highly professional Accounts Receivable Assistant to perform at the highest standard, in a role integral to the wider success of the school on a permanent part time basis. You will provide assistance with all areas of family accounts including student records administration, debtor management and the maintenance of the school database.

A role that offers variety in the truest sense, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Supporting the Family Accounts Manager with the billing process as required
- Assisting with debt recovery by liaising with families regarding fees and providing high level customer service to promptly resolve all queries in relation to the family accounts
- Processing daily receipting for the school
- Administering concessions as required
- Ad hoc receipting of all monies from school fees and various other payments received, including all data entry for BPAY, Direct Debits and Credit Card
- Accurately record new on-line applications for Admissions where required
- Assist the Family Accounts Manager in carrying out specific and general duties related to the administration of the family accounts and student records.
- Proven experience working with TASS or in a school environment
- Strong debt collection skills
- Experience in dealing with difficult discussions with families in obtaining payments
- Intermediate experience with the use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel & Outlook
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A strict level of confidentiality and professional boundaries.
