How will I help?

As an L&D Project Manager working with the Group Learning & Development function, you will be a part of a team that drives the learning culture across the Westpac Group through transformational learning programs and experiences. In this position, you will be responsible for managing project activities across multiple L&D initiatives, at all stages of the project lifecycle. Your strong stakeholder management skills, financial management experiences and ability to drive continuous improvement will ensure your success in this role.

What do I need?

  • Previous experience in L&D projects
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in program/project management disciplines
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective business relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sound understanding of the Learning and Development lifecycle
  • Previous experience managing project budgets
  • Demonstrated understanding of change management principles
  • Process Improvement such as Lean/Six Sigma
  • Experience working in Agile team and/or as a Scrum Master desirable
