    My Client, a true market leader in Engineering and Construction is looking for their next Project Coordinator. The reason for this vacancy is down to growth within the business.

    Job Description
    • The purpose of the Project Coordinator role is the delivery of all project related administrative activities. Responsibility beings from when the proposed project is first entered into the system, through to fees, variations, forecasting and invoicing coordination, contract management, reporting and coordination of design and inspection compliance.
    • Coordination and distribution of documentation for fee proposals including monitoring deadlines.
    • Contract Administration Support - provide support to the CFO and Contracts Manager to process instruments of agreement and assist in the preparation and tracking of internal QA documentation associated with Contract Administration.
    • Typing and formatting of fee proposals, variation, reports, specifications and other correspondence.
    • Update and maintain project information in ERP system.
    • Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager and Senior Engineers.
    • General administrative tasks including but not limited to archiving, filing, scanning and printing.
    • Assist with processing of monthly credit card reconciliations as allocated.
    • Project Coordinators are required to provide support to Project Managers/Leads in the areas of project administration, forecasting and invoicing.
    • Project Coordinators are required to provide varied administrative support to Engineers. This includes typing and formatting of specifications, WHS documentation, project correspondence and documentation associated with business development activities.
    • All Project Coordinators are required to work in a collaborative manner across all disciplines and offices. In addition to ongoing project support, Project Coordinators are also required to support Team Leads with the preparation of fee proposals and tenders. This can include updates and formatting of various marketing documentation including capability statements, resumes and project information sheets.
    The Successful Applicant
    • Previous Project Coordination experience would be ideal. However, we would also take a look at PA's who are used to providing a high level of support
    • The ability to prioritise and multitask.
    • Ability to liaise with internal and external clients, and ensure that a corporate approach is adopted towards the continuous improvement of the administrative processes.
    • Be able to work collaboratively in a fast pace environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills.
    • A smart presentation.
    • The want to do well and succeed.

    What's On Offer

    This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday business hours. Salary is depending upon experience approx - $70,000 per annum plus superannuation. Join a fun and dynamic team!
