Project Administrator
My client are one of Perth's top mining owner operators who are seeking extra support as Perth goes into overdrive.
Job Description
Key responsibilities are as below:
- Arrange mobilisation of workers to various sites
- Arranging and booking travel and accommodation for executive members
- Daily timesheet entry for employees and subcontractors via SAP
- Raising PO's and receipting via SAP
- Attending to various invoicing queries including overdue accounts and debt collection
- Management of work orders
- Organise purchase of PPE
- Maintain records for equipment, work orders, and training
- Booking of training and inductions
- Provide administrative support to Project Manager
- Create project numbers and files
- Create project manuals
- Formatting documents and document control
- On-boarding on staff
- Manage HR files
To be considered for this role you will have the following:
- 3-5 years experience as a Project Administrator
- Used platforms such as SAP, INX, Enable and MYOB
- Available immediately
- Experience with other owner/operators is preferred
- Immediate start
- Reputable company
- 12 month contract
