Working as part of a small team you will work closely with the business to deliver the suite of HR imperatives and provide best practice partnering support. Operationally, you will be actively delivering an efficient and effective customer service to employees by providing quality HR advice and administrative support in an organisation that works at pace.

This is a true HR generalist position involving all sections of the employee lifecycle from general HR administration, internal reporting, LMS, promoting engagement, supporting investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters.

There will be an opportunity to get involved in some project work including policies and procedures reviews, as well as the usual day-to-day activities including the Employee Newsletter.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be HR degree qualified or have equivalent experience and have a good grasp of Australian employment law. You will have experience providing advice and support on a range of key employee activities including conduct, grievance, absence management and employee relations matters.

Lastly, working in a fast-moving environment and being able to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders will be second nature.

  • 2+ years working in an HR Generalist role
  • An ability to deal with changing priorities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capability to perform routine tasks with a high level of attention to detail
  • Genuine interest in developing your knowledge in the Aged Care industry
  • Highly motivated, proactive, resilient
  • ‘C’ Class driver’s licence
  • Current police check, influenza vaccine and valid working rights
