Job Description Summary

The Cushman & Wakefield service delivery team is responsible for the delivery of a range of property and facilities management services across NSW and its various agencies nominated freehold and leasehold property portfolio across New South Wales (NSW). This includes property and facility management, procurement exercises, minor churn, environmental and associated financial management services.

The portfolio is diverse and includes, but is not limited to, commercial offices, depots and heavy vehicle inspection stations.

Customer experience is fundamental to Cushman & Wakefield’s delivery for the client, therefore excellent customer service and communication is a must. Full adherence to all WHS and is also essential.

This role involves compiling and managing the performance management and reporting elements of the contract and ensure measurement and reporting of performance measures set by the client. Collaborate with the centralised Cushman & Wakefield reporting and analytics team to provide support in continuous improvement on reporting within our Management Information Systems (MIS).

About The Role

  • Enhance data completeness, accuracy and integrity
  • Provide data dashboards for leaderships teams and delivery teams
  • Prepare, maintain and upgrade management reporting, in consultation with the Contract Manager and Finance Manager the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports and distribute to members of governance groups
  • Monitor account KPI’s proactively, allowing team members to rectify non-compliance to KPI’s before the end of the month. Assist in automating and improving the process within the MIS
  • Provide a strategic overview of portfolio performance, through assessment and analysis of the information made available
  • Work with internal stakeholders to help analyse and plan the improvement of processes and data insights, while understanding the opportunities and complexities of the existing workflow platforms and tools.
  • Provide support to team members required to report performance-based information to the Client
  • Compile performance monitoring information for the service delivery team and Contract Manager
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required by Contract Manager
  • Provide ad-hoc training in Focus for Client users and service delivery team
  • Support any finance administration and reporting requirements

About You
  • Minimum 3 years in a facilities and/or property related reporting role focusing on performance
  • Power BI skills are a requirement.
  • Experience with Business Analysis and producing relevant deliverables and outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • A demonstrated ability to foster effective and collaborative relationships with stakeholders that deliver outcomes, often where there are competing interests.
  • Experience working in cross functional teams and working with the product owner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team/working group environment.
