The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced AIN to join our casual pool to deliver best practice patient outcomes. The suitable candidate should work as part of a team in a quality environment, meet the needs of patients through holistic care, maintain clinical standards, and focus on caring aspects of practice.

The skills required are:

  • Excellent written & oral communication skills.
  • Experience working within an acute health care clinical setting.
  • Time management and high-level computer literacy skills
  • TAFE Certificate III in Acute Care OR engaged in 2nd year of university nursing studies OR overseas qualification as a Registered Nurse (not yet registered with AHPRA).
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent clinical care

Essential requirements

  • In accordance to guidelines set by NSW Health, all SVPHS employees are required to have up to date vaccinations before commencement. It is encouraged that you ensure your vaccinations are current ahead of time as you may be requested to provide documentation at interview stage.
  • Criminal record checks will be conducted and will form part of the selection criteria for this role
