What you’ll do:

Our Customer Resolutions team investigate and respond to correction requests received in relation to data held by Equifax. As a Corrections Specialist, you will be accountable for ensuring all correction requests and enquiries are dealt with in a quick and efficient manner. You will act fairly to both the customer, and the organisation against who the request is made and ensure each request is addressed in an equitable, objective and unbiased manger through the correct process.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 1-year experience working in a high-volume call centre environment
  • Experience working within banking/financial services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Extra points for any of the following:
  • Experience working within a collections/dispute resolution role
  • Knowledge/background in credit reporting
  • Understanding of the Privacy (Credit Reporting) Code 2014
