What you'll be doing
Provide high level, professional administrative services to support the functioning of the Manager Oral Health Clinical Network and the senior oral health team.
Selection Criteria * Relevant qualification and/or experience, with the capacity to provide high level administrative support to senior staff.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication and negotiation skills necessary to build and maintain effective relationships and teamwork with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and respond in a calm effective manner to rapidly changing priorities in a demanding, complex and high volume multidisciplinary environment.
- Evidence of ICT skills including the use of databases, applications and systems along with high level use of Microsoft suite of programs.
- Capacity to produce professional written materials including briefs, minutes, plans, analysis, reports and recommendations to inform decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain privacy, confidentiality and exercise discretion and initiative.
- Evidence of a current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the ability to maintain. Ability and willingness to drive/travel as the role requires. This may involve driving long distances and overnight stays.
