What you'll be doing

Work under direct supervision and as part of a team of educators to provide quality education and care programs for children 0-6 years; receiving structured and regular guidance and direction to perform the duties expected.

Essential Criteria:

Qualification: Enrolled or intention to enrol in a course of study to achieve within 12 months, a Certificate 111 level qualification which meets the criteria defined in Children’s Services Education and Care Services National Regulation 2011
Evidence of Diversity claim: Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander

Selection Criteria:

Genuine interest and ability to interact and engage with young children and their families.

Understanding of the importance of the health safety and wellbeing of children in an education and care setting

Demonstrated willingness to learn, practice, develop and improve professional skills.

Willingness to participate in quality improvement activities

Demonstrated communication skills.
