Anglo American is a leading global mining company with a portfolio of world-class coal mining operations and undeveloped resources. Anglo American produces and exports the highest quality hard coking coal around the world to be used for steel production for critical building and infrastructure.

Ventia has been engaged to provide Hard and Soft FM services including village maintenance and accommodation to a number of Anglo American sites across the Bowen Basin.

About the Role
Skout Solutions through Ventia are currently seeking an temporary Accommodation Administrator in Moura to provide accommodation and reception services to customers staying in the camp. The Accommodation Administrator will work across a 7 days on/7 days off or 5 days on/2 off drive in drive out roster.

Responsibilities

  • High volume accommodation check-ins

  • Receptionist duties where customers are addressed in a polite, courteous and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Data entry work that is compliant with contractual processes, procedures and standards.

  • Demonstrate consistency in work, be reliable, dependable, and punctual and follow instructions accurately

  • Demonstrate an ability to work well within a team environment and take on the responsibility of ensuring all work tasks are completed

  • Ensure a safe and hazard free workplace environment by reporting any health and safety hazards

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of team

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to details

  • Experience within a similar role

  • Great customer service skills
