JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the HR leader, you will work within a small team environment, supported by Recruitment Specialists and a hard working administrator. Be responsible for assisting with first line HR queries and be the first point of contact for coordinating critical HR processes.

Working within a dynamic team oriented environment, you will support line managers with the full employee life cycle. You will support with all generalist HR duties including, but not limited to, coaching and advising key stakeholders on HR initiatives, graduate recruitment drives, project support and promoting continuous improvement. With the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, you will work to build strong relationships across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Manager, leaders and employees by providing operational HR advice on a daily basis;
  • Provide coaching to leaders to identify key issues and solutions to enhance people effectiveness;
  • Assist the business with HR projects and annualised activities such as salary reviews, talent reviews and performance management;
  • Advise leaders on a fair and consistent approach to policy, procedures and processes;
  • Deploy engagement surveys and well being programs; and
  • Assist with HR process improvement

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline;
  • Three years experience in a similar role;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and high performance culture; and
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
