What You Will Be Doing

MePACS are looking for an Inbound Sales Consultant who is energetic, enthusiastic and target driven to drive the sales strategy during a period of exciting growth and development. You will have proven sales experience over the telephone, understand sales processes and techniques, high level of presentation skills and a passion for customer service.

MePACS are a 24/7 personal alarm service that target multiple audience groups.

We have been established for over 30 years and have 40,000 customers. We are part of Peninsula Health and pride ourselves on our excellent customer service.

You will be based at our new Chelsea Heights office and will be a brand ambassador for our unique service to generate sales throughout Victoria and New South Wales.

• You will generate revenue by creating product/service awareness and converting leads
• Close leads by answering enquiries coming through all channels including phone, email, online.
• Own the end to end sales process and managing accounts on the CRM system

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Proven experience and success in a sales role over the telephone
• Strong account management skills
• High levels of presentation skills over the telephone
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good team player
• Desirable knowledge of the health care market
• Desirable using a CRM system
