JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Office Manager for small local business.


Your new company
Our client is a small family run business in the Transport/Agriculture Industry. Very family orientated company that prides themselves on quality and professional service.


Your new role
Your Key Responsibilities will be but not limited to:

Administration Services:

  • Maintain effective, confidential and efficient administration, and support systems for the day to day management of business function.


Financial:

  • Reconciliation of Bank Accounts
  • Manage Bank Account - receipting deposits as required
  • Manage cash flows
  • Report on a daily basis to Director - cashflows and management items
  • Manage all payroll functions
  • Process and manage all end of year requirements
  • Manage superannuation
  • Manage and complete all Payroll taxation requirement including BAS, PAYG Withholding payments.
  • Compile Employee Workplace contracts
  • Keep up to date with current and changing workplace legislation and standards
  • Support: Provide administrative Support for specific projects as required.
  • Prepare all reports for Meetings as required


Person Specification:

  • Able to work in sole capacity and as a Team Player - self starter
  • Written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Discrete, honest with a work, friendly personality
  • High level of accuracy
