We have built several brand-new SDA homes and are in the process of building many more across Queensland. Our brand new, state of the art, Platinum level SDA homes are in high demand areas, close to transport and medical facilities.

An exciting opportunity is available for a Marketing Officer to coordinate all marketing and sales activities to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Key aspects of the position include (though not limited to) the following:

• At least 5 face-to-face meetings per week with major stakeholders including hospitals, retirement villages, nursing homes, etc.
• Ensure centralised brand and marketing message;
• Project Management of all marketing related activities;
• Social Media Strategy oversight;
• Day to day Social Media facilitation;
• Analysis and reporting of social media campaigns;
• Provide reports and feedback to the Executive Chairman as required;
• Sales Pipeline oversight including performance analysis and reporting to the Executive Chairman;
• Leading the Sales Team including call reviews, quality control monitoring, performance management and guidance and onboarding and training of new sales team members;
• Ensure the reputation and integrity of Cocoon Group is always maintained; and
• Any other reasonable responsibilities as directed.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, flexible, patient and ability to relate well to all levels of society that Cocoon Group interacts with.
• Current full driver licence.
