Our client is a market leading organisation in their field and are globally recognised for excellence. They are a very well estabilished and highly complex organisation that is currently going through an exciting period of change at an enterprise level. In order to drive this change, they are looking for a high calibre Program Change Manager to lead change activities for Corporate Services.

The successful candidate will focus on leading the design and delivery of change management strategies and artifacts. The individual will influence and manage change using their strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. They will focus on execution and delivery by effectively managing and coordinating demands across a large number of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Resistance Plan
  • Change Management Plan and Strategy
  • Readiness Assessments
  • Change Impact Assessments
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of senior stakeholders across corporate services
  • Develop leadership change capability through coaching and mentoring

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong Organisational Change Management skills
  • Recent experience within Enterprise Transformation project/programs
  • Ability to work with C-suite and Executive Team
  • Strong commercial and business acumen
  • Approaches problems with a problem solving attitude
  • Desire to learn and help mentor others as well
