The Challenge

Are you looking for a role that challenges both your creative skills as well as your analytical abilities? We’re looking for a Campaigns Producer who can come in and drive the execution of our campaigns across our various products and the APJ region.

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented superstar to join our team. Reporting to the APJ Campaigns Manager, their goal is to execute on our campaigns plans which means project managing and aligning with the wider APJ Marketing Team, Global Marketing and Solution Strategy Team, to ensure campaigns are being run to plan, whilst continuously being able to look at the bigger picture of what else we could be doing.

This Will Include

  • Working closely with the global growth and integrated marketing teams to provide feedback on global campaigns and communicate regional requirements.
  • Work closely with the APJ Marketing Team (Digital, Field Marketing and Content) to brief them on global campaigns. This includes collecting feedback from the team and adjusting campaign deliverables and timeframes, which you will then project manage through to execution.
  • Work closely with our in-house creative team to ensure all creative requests are submitted and tracking against their agreed timeframes.
  • Working closely with our Sales Development Team (inside sales, inbound and outbound sales reps), briefing them on campaigns, incoming leads and managing always-on campaigns).
  • Completing creative, website, email, and paid social briefs.
  • Monitor and perform tests on campaigns and ensure the integrity of all data.
  • Manage all communication with internal and 3rd party advertisers and suppliers.
  • Manage the campaign and events calendar.
  • Prepare campaign reports for business distribution.
  • Support APJ Marketing team on building and updating creative assets (in the Adobe Suite) for localisation.
  • Track campaign budget.
  • Co-ordinate and update Asana tickets for your projects.

The Expectation for Success
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and or campaign management, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Experience with marketing technologies: Salesforce.com, Marketo, webinar systems (on24) and the Adobe creative suite (Indesign, Photoshop)
  • Experience with project management tools. Even better if you have experience with Asana.
  • Exemplary oral and written communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time, juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables
  • Skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less and track record of staying on budget
  • Experience working in a fast paced and highly cross-functional organisation
