We source the right people for every engagement from a diverse team of; interaction designers, experience strategists, user researchers, software engineers, integration specialists, mobile developers, product managers, business analysts and iteration managers.

About you

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work within the Digital Technology team, alongside the Experience Design, Product, Creative Design and Experience Strategy disciplines
  • Engage clients as an architect and consultant through all phases of delivery, working in a multi-disciplinary team to deliver new products and real benefits for our clients and society
  • You will be responsible for solution design and technical architecture across the breadth of digital projects, to guide the team to a successful outcome
  • You will be responsible for building new technology offerings, advance our understanding of emerging technology trends and help to shape a technical solution from proposal stage through to successful delivery
  • We are one team with a flat structure, developing people with mentoring and coaching rather than a traditional management approach

Essential skills

We’re looking for someone with excellent technical, communication and organisational skills with extensive experience as a Digital Solution Architect, including;
  • A technical background and in depth knowledge in one or more digital domains including cloud, mobile, web, integrated multi channel solutions and digital identity
  • Experience with, and knowledge of Architecture patterns and technologies including microservices, REST, single page applications, container and virtualization technologies, and high availability infrastructure
  • Support presales through solutioning, estimations and proposal writing by involving in technology and architecture related business opportunities
  • Confidence presenting to customers and technical teams
  • Experience with working in Agile development methodologies
  • Competently codes in more than one programming language and have the ability to do hands on work whenever it is required
  • Demonstrated experience to mentor and coach other technical consultants in technology implementation best practices such as Agile development methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, TDD, BDD), Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Unit Testing, Automated Testing, etc
  • Involve in architecture design and scoping phase of projects which have a technology component
  • Work with technical leads and other architects to drive the creation and management of the PwC Digital Technology Team frameworks and technology initiatives 
  • Work with technical leads and other architects to drive business growth in digital and emerging technology initiatives.
