This exciting Journey Expert opportunity sits within the Security Behaviours & Influence Squad - a key part of our broader Security Operations Intel & Influence (SOII) area within our Security Domain, where the mission is to be the Voice of Security and actively protect our staff, customers, partners and the communities in which we operate

What does a 'day in the life' look like?

As a Journey Expert, you’ll will-
  • Support the squad to develop and deliver products and services to help people get on top of their cybersecurity by making it simple and easy to understand and implement
  • Work closely with the Product Owners and squad members to deliver data driven initiatives to reduce ANZ's security risks
  • Contribute to developing user personas to understand stakeholder needs
  • Contribute to delivering and analysing the success of initiatives to help achieve the squads mission

What you bring to the role as a Journey Expert
  • Broad understanding of change management processes
  • Desire to comply with risk management processes and policies
  • Sound knowledge of business analysis; including experience of elicitation techniques and requirements gathering skills
  • An interest in engaging staff and customers about cybersecurity
  • Simple and effective communication of complex messages
  • An interest in creative design techniques which will help to influence people
