Level Up Collective are excited to be partnering with a high growth tech business to build their Australian leadership team. A New Zealand success story and world leader in their field, this fast-growing company has recently listed on the ASX and off the back of a capital raise, are now looking to accelerate their growth in Australia and the USA.

The role
The Head of Enterprise Sales will set and drive the sales strategy for the Australian business. Backed by an exceptional world leading solution and large R&D and product teams, you will be pivotal in driving the growth of the organisation in the Australian market.

Taking a strategic view to growth and working closely with the General Manager, you will develop sales execution plans and galvanise and grow a team to achieve ambitious targets. You will be a collaborative leader, responsible for driving the enterprise sales team’s performance from prospecting new business, to growing and on-boarding new companies and ongoing engagement with the customer across the lifecycle.

You will also be responsible for working with procurement and identifying and proactively rectifying any potential challenges.

About You
You have entrepreneurial attitude and love building things from the ground up. With existing relationships across the transport, utilities and civils industries, you are able to build strong relationships and operate a C-level to demonstrate the benefits to the customer.

You have a proven ability in adapting to changing markets and working autonomously, whilst leading a remote team to achieve the strategic sales direction for the company. You have proven leadership experience, ideally gained within a SaaS or technical environment and thrive winning new business.
