Our Client is an award winning, national network who have been market leaders for many decades. They have long lasting relationships & a proven track record which has allowed them to grow year on year. They are seeking a gun Commercial Property Manager/Team Leader to join their team! 

The role:

• Manage an experienced team of 4 property managers 
• Monday to Friday Position 
• Manage the team's KPI' & report to the Principal 
• Liaise with landlords & tenants 
• Conduct 1on1 & team meetings 
• Implement systems & procedures 
• Staff recruitment 

• 5-7+ years experience is essential
• A solid track record in property management and great tenure in past roles
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Knowledge of PropertyTree an advantage
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills are essential

• No portfolio management
