The Compliance Support Officer is responsible for assessing and coordinating all compliance issues related to the eLearning Resources project (The Project) as it impacts on SA Ambulance Service (SAAS) as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This includes the development of compliance quality assurance checks and ensuring learning materials for the project include appropriate compliance processes. The incumbent will support the development of new compliance processes, systems and learning materials to maintain the RTO’s scope of registration; Develop quality assurance activities including, internal audit, assessment validation, trainer and assessor compliance and evidence collation.
