QDI is currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join the call centre team based at Murarrie, QLD State Office on a casual basis.

Your main duties will be assisting referrers with copies of reports and downloads, receiving incoming calls from patients, centres and some additional billing and mailing duties.
Specific Duties include but will not be limited to:

  • Sending copies of reports and assisting with other referrers requests
  • Managing patients’ requests
  • Liaising with clerical staff
  • Performing general administrative tasks
  • Supporting other departments
Essential Criteria:
  • Multi-modality booking experience preferred
  • High School Certificate or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent Communication skills – written and Verbal
  • Impeccable Phone Manner
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work within a team and independently
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
  • knowledge of Radiology Information System (RIS) and radiology environment

You will need to be committed to delivering excellent customer service to our patients, referring doctors and work colleagues and want to work as part of our motivated and close-knit team.
