We are on the look-out for an enthusiastic, responsible and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our team in Toowoomba. The role is full time, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster. 

This is an entry level position, we are looking for someone who is looking to start a career in Medical Reception or who has a passion for Medical Reception and wants to change career paths.

Queensland X-Ray has more than 50 practices, led by the most experienced team of radiologists and nuclear imaging specialists in the state. Our caring team of professionals from the technical, nursing, and admin support fields are all focused on providing the best service, care and clinical outcomes to our patients and referrers.

About You

We are looking for a team member who:

• Enjoys a fast-pace environment
• Is friendly, caring, compassionate and professional 
• Has the ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Has sharp attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Quick learner
• A typing speed of 40-50wpm will be high regarded but not essential.
• A Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical) would be an advantage but not required
