About the Company

This business has only been operating for 3 years. From humble beginnings the business has grown very quickly. They are now a significant advertising spender (in the multi-millions) on television and digital. Role & Responsibilities

The company now requires someone with an expertise in planning and an overseeing buying role across Paid Social, Programmatic, Display and email marketing / advertising campaigns.

The role has support for FB and Google buys; but you'll take responsibility for the daily running of all campaigns, monitoring conversion rates, generating detailed performance reports plus developing the ongoing strategy.

Reporting into the Managing Director you'll be responsible for delivering accurate and successful online media schedules. You will need to be able to respond and work well with the broader team on ensuring smooth campaign implementation and delivery in an ever-changing landscape. This, coupled with creating timely reporting on what is working and what is not in terms of ROI.


Ideal Criteria

  • Min 8 years’ digital planning / buying / strategy experience - media agency experience previously; now client side with an online retailer here in Australia and beyond
  • Strong knowledge and experience in online planning and buying: CRO, CPM, CPC, CPA, Search, Display, Social Media, email data improvement, campaign analytics and optimisation
  • Experience of both DR and brand campaigns with a good understanding of ad-serving technology and the overall planning process
  • Advanced media landscape knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
  • Experience with Paid Social campaigns, ideally with exposure to programmatic and display advertising
  • Excellent MS Office skills
