JOB DESCRIPTION
The role will also undertake a range of activities relating to project coordination, operational user and technical support, contract/SLA management support, provider liaison and will support the transition of ECSA’s ICT support services to an ‘as a service’ model.
Reporting To The Manager ICT, Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing responsive first and second level support for software, hardware, systems and IT related enquiries,
- Conducting day to day monitoring of ECSA’s systems and services against service level and contractual agreements,
- Developing high quality project documentation including requirements specifications, project plans, Gantt charts, status and management reports, and
- Supporting and coordinating testing, training and change management activities on key projects.
This vacancy is offered on an ongoing basis.
In order to not compromise the strict neutrality of the Commission, no person who is active in political affairs or intends to carry on this activity may be an employee.
Employment is dependent upon a National Police Certificate clearance that the Commission finds satisfactory.
Extensive out of normal working hours duty is required during election events.
Some intrastate travel may be required.
Remuneration
$72,135 to $75,616 per annum.
