JOB DESCRIPTION
Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services.
We are looking for an experienced Administration assistant to join our client based in Bairnsdale.
Duties and responsibilities involved but not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls/Customer Service
- Managing appointments with customers and drivers
- Cash and Eftpos Transactions
- Operating and maintaining a range of office equipment (i.e computer, photo copier, printer, phone etc)
- Ordering Stationery Supplies
To be successful you must have:
- Previous administration office experience
- Proficient in using Software packages: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication Skills
- A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
