This role is focused on providing effective administrative support to our team of Advisors and internal stakeholders.

Ensuring efficiency of procedures and accuracy of outputs enabling the region to deliver strategy and provide a level of service that exceeds client expectations.

What will you be doing?

Sounds interesting? Here are some specifics about the opportunity:

  • Responsibility for administrative processes in servicing of clients including Corporate Actions, transition of clients, mail outs, client events and data integrity in core systems.
  • Identify gaps in admin service and develop/address as required.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to coordinate account management, process remittance requests, accounts additions and bill payments. 
  • Aim to resolve client queries or escalate to/screen access to advisers as required.
  • Promote and build client trust in Perpetual.
  • Assist advisers in the review process ‑ provide current client portfolio statement, follow up outstanding reviews, ensure system reflects current review position, assume responsibility for LOA’s including contacting client for approvals and complete and send final review confirmation letters.
  • Maintain communication channels to ensure client expectations/outcomes are achieved.
  • Maintain knowledge of products/services by attending training and working with advisers.
  • Ad hoc tasks to support strategy as required.

 What you will need to succeed:

  • 3+ years experience in a Banking & Finance environment
