Description
A local established hotel is seeking a chef/cook for a full time position, rostered across 5 days. The successful applicant will have a strong work ethic and be able to manage a high pressure environment, with sound mobility to meet the demands of the position. A passion for producing consistent quality meals will allow for the addition of specialty items to the traditional hotel menu where appropriate. Duties will include taking customer orders, food preparation, serving and preparation of meals, and general cleaning of kitchen area. Temporary on-site accommodation may be negotiated if required. A 3 month probationary period will apply.
