After a total rebuild, the brand new Theatre Bar at The End of The Wharf has recently reopened and is the new go-to place in Sydney for lunch, dinner, drinks and events. HOST

• Meet and greet guests and clientele at the door
• Guide guests to appropriate seats
• Manage, coordinate and control all restaurant reservations, seating allocations and wait times
• Assist with venue set up and reset
• Assist wait staff with service and clearing of food and beverages
• Represent Fresh and The Theatre Bar at the end of the Wharf in a professional and engaging manner

ESSENTIALS

• 1+ year previous experience as a restaurant/venue host
• Personable, professional personality
• Ideally able to commence Tuesday 16 February 2021
• Valid Australian working rights
• Valid NSW RSA (competency card or interim certificate)
• A high level of professionalism and customer service
• Be well presented, with excellent interpersonal skills
