Role description

We’re currently looking for talented, ambitious Interns and Graduates who will succeed as a critical member of the Earlytrade Working Capital Markets team. This role is a B2B inside sales operations position with new business acquisition and account management responsibilities.

Interns and Graduates primarily use multi-media channels (e.g., digital presentations, calls, email, and chat) to acquire new business and grow client relationships as well as aid Relationship Managers with prospecting key clients.

This role will be responsible for 

  • Onboarding businesses to the Earlytrade platform using a range of sales techniques and channels
  • Identifying new Market business opportunities and growing long time utilisation of our early payments platform
  • Advising SMEs on their working capital and helping businesses better manage their cash flow 
  • Developing strong relationships with financial decision-makers and directors at target businesses
  • Analysing client spend data to build pricing models for client presentation 
  • Using your analytical skills to analyse large components of client data for internal evaluation
  • Providing strategic analysis reports back to the Market team lead for decision making
  • Collaborating closely with senior team members and various functional teams including Markets, Origination and Product Management to ensure ongoing account growth and maximised conversions

We are looking for Candidates 

  • With a Bachelor’s degree (or final year) in commerce, business or a similar field of study 
  • With adequate experience with G Suite products including Slides, Docs and Sheets as well as Microsoft products
  • With knowledge and understanding of financial operating metrics and cash flow management
  • With excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • With strong analytical ability and excellent work ethic
  • Who can adapt quickly within a fast-paced work environment
  • Who can blend effective, interpersonal and analytical ability to drive sales
  • Who are proactive, autonomous and self-sufficient
