Due to an increasing need to support our growing customer base in the Compact Construction Equipment market we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to join our Oakbank team. Joining our fast paced and professional team, you have the opportunity to provide outstanding customer service to both internal & external customers across the business.

- Execute sales plans within your assigned sales territory
- Maintain our CRM system to drive efficient sales activity through disciplined follow-up with customers
- Generate leads and sales from your “boots on the ground” management of your sales territory
- Follow-up on phone and walk-in customer enquiries to produce sales results
- Leverage customer relationships and market intelligence to optimize sales results
- Develop and keep informed on competitor activity within the region.

Essential
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Possess strong organisation skills and the ability to follow processes
- A proven ability to achieve and exceed set targets
- Ability to solve problems and develop innovative solutions
- Experience in towing a trailer, preferably with a heavy rigid licence
- Current Australian drivers’ licence
- Unrestricted rights to work in Australia
- Previous experience as a Sales Professional (3+ years preferred)
- Previous experience in selling in operating construction equipment
- Be able to demonstrat the machinery and have a skid steer and excavator licence
