Australian National Fabrication Facility (ANFF-Q)

ANFF-Q is a not-for-profit research infrastructure facility established under the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy. ANFF is a network of 8 nodes distributed throughout Australia, filled with over $200 million of investment in tooling, infrastructure and people.

About This Opportunity

As the Senior Administration Officer - ANFFQ, you will provide administrative and operations support for the NCRIS Australian National Fabrication Facility – Queensland Node. Duties and responsibilities include management of the ANFF-Q online booking system, purchasing and outgoing invoicing, the system for ANFF-Q publication credits and ongoing client accounts. You will prepare and send monthly billing and statements to ANFF-Q Clients, create usage data reports using ANFF-Q and UQ databases for local and national reporting requirements, organise meetings, workshops, conferences and functions and assist with domestic and international travel arrangements for the ANFFQ. In addition, you will prepare branded templates and documents to be used within the facility and for communication with clients, maintain and edit the ANFF-Q online services and contribute to and coordinate the production of promotional materials (print and web based).

Our Ideal Candidate

You should possess a degree with subsequent relevant administrative work-related experience preferably in a tertiary environment; or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and/or education/training. Demonstrated knowledge in financial processes and data reports creation and analysis is essential. You should have extensive experience in MS Office suite of programs and the development and management of a client operated database system with emphasis related to booking and invoicing systems. Having high level of communication, time management and interpersonal skills will see you excel in this role.

Experience organising a variety of meetings, workshops, conferences and functions along with working knowledge or the ability to rapidly gain knowledge of the University’s administrative and financial systems and operations would be highly regarded.

What We Can Offer

This is a fixed term full time position until 30th June 2023 at HEW Level 6. 

The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $80,784.26 - $86,768.42 per annum plus super of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be in the range $94,517.58 -$101,519.05 per annum.
