About you


You are a skilled eCommerce Manager who can develop and implement large global site projects whilst managing the day-to-day online stores. You are a solid digital generalist, but your Magento experience is where you’ve found mastery.

You thrive managing the roadmap across our product planning and development requirements for new features, functionality and integrations based on business and customer impact.


What you’ll bring to the table


Maintain global B2B and B2C website:

  • Manage the day-to-day trading of our eCommerce websites and platforms
  • Execute Magento updates within config, page builder and product catalogue
  • Maintain the overall roadmap across our product offerings, product planning and development requirements for new features, functionality and integrations based on business and customer impact using a prioritisation framework
  • Identify, scope, project manage and test multiple website enhancements simultaneously.
  • Integrate the customer's needs into a prioritised Product Backlog which is continually refined and communicated to stakeholders
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, including digital agencies, to define and execute on project requirements
  • Work collaboratively with operations team to merchandise online catalogues across owned and wholesale partners
  • Maintain and enhance eCommerce ecosystem, e.g. Magento extensions for product catalogues, 3PL , shipping, tax and other integrations
  • Use Magneto BI, Google Analytics and other tools to assess and report on the performance of the sites.


It would be advantageous if you could also:

  • Project manage omnichannel digital marketing campaigns
  • Plan, present, execute and measure email and paid social campaigns
  • Manage brand and product presence on Amazon in UK and US
  • Work with creative resources to ensure content briefed and approved
  • Track, report, socialise and optimise campaigns in motion
  • Scope, propose and run CRM tactics against marketing plan to support sales activation and grow B2B site uptake and orders


The technical stuff


5+ years’ experience in a similar role:

  • Experience in Magento is a MUST, Commerce Cloud preferred.
  • Experience using programs including Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Facebook Ad Manager and CMS
  • Strong project management skills
  • Fluency in social media, including Instagram
  • Understand demand generation metrics and best practices for reporting accuracy
  • Basic HTML skills for editing content blocks


A bonus if you have:

  • Experience in CRM and Marketing Automation
  • Ability to turn data insights into marketing campaign improvements
  • Paid search engine marketing (SEM) experience
  • Experience in design, resizing imagery
  • Creative skills in writing, video editing etc.
