About BUSY...
BUSY At Work is a not-for-profit organisation providing apprenticeship, employment and community programs. We have over 40 years' experience providing skilling solutions and services to businesses, workers and job seekers. BUSY At Work provide a wide range of services including recruitment and apprenticeship support services, employment and community services.
A bit about you...
You will work closely with mature age participants (45 – 70 age group) to provide advice and guidance on upskilling for a current job, or transitioning into roles within their current occupation or a new occupation, including training and education options.
You will assess each individual’s job related skills, strengths, preferences and gaps through interview, discussion and testing using proven assessment tools; develop their individualised Career Plan and provide advice and support including VET pathways and education options; you will have the ability to meet and or exceed the required monthly KPIs; undertake business development and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employers, eligible participants and education providers; perform all of the Program’s administration duties as required and comply with all legislative requirements.
This role is being offered on a full-time fixed-term contract until June 2022.
A bit about your experience and quals…
Having a certificate IV in Career Development or equivalent qualification is preferred. If you have career planning and advice experience with a proven understanding of VET pathways (essential), are performance and KPI driven, have experience in assisting older workers with employment and training advice and have a current open driver’s licence and above all, your values align with ours, then we highly recommend you visit;
