The Role

This is an opportunity for a keen, customer focused, administration professional looking to develop their skill set. As a crucial part of our team, you will responsible to deliver to the following:
  • Supporting a high volume of phone & booking support
  • Proactively adhering to processes, practices and documentation
  • Maintaining a high level of compliance for all active educators
  • General office administrative duties

Skills + Experience
  • A team player committed to anzuk culture and core values
  • A demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer outcomes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
  • High-level attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone and verbal skills
  • Exceptional IT and administration skills with the ability to use advanced computer systems
  • Prior experience in an administration or customer relationship focused role preferred
  • A current Working with Children Check (volunteer)
