My client designs and manufactures high quality commercial cleaning equipment, specialising in backpack vacuums. But what sets them apart is their world-class customer service, and how they embrace technology as future thinkers.


  • Strategic Planning - Drive the development and effective implementation of in-depth strategic plans aligned to their vision and goals
  • Team Management - Provide high levels of effective leadership and management to ensure the overall productivity and effectiveness of the Sales team.
  • Operational Management - Provide high levels of day-to-day operational management essential to the effective function of the Division / Department.
  • Sales Growth - Manage the Sales Division to achieve high revenue generation and long-term account growth in line with the company vision and values.


  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Marketing, or related field (preferred, but not essential).
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain a valuable network of contacts and build relationships at all levels within an organisation.
  • Strong influential skills and highly effective communicator.
  • A team player, approachable and exhibiting a hands-on approach.
  • Understanding of current technology /digital trends and techniques.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
