Your new role
This is a rare opportunity to support one of Melbourne's most dynamic Imagining Directors, whilst providing administrative support to the wider team. Your role will include executive support, administration, office management, events management, leadership and you will also manage the Receptionist. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and manage all phone calls and emails, prioritise actions and escalate where necessary.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive documentation/information with appropriate discretion.
  • Provide extensive diary and appointment management.
  • Record, prepare and distribute meeting minutes, including the co-ordination of follow up actions for selected meetings.
  • Prepare presentations and other printed material.
  • Manage travel arrangements.
  • Research, collect and analyse data and other information to prepare reports and documents.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need experience in a similar role. You will have needed to support a busy director at C Suite level and have managed administration staff previously. Ideally you will have exposure to the construction or property industry and at the very least a passion for it. In addition, the ideal candidate will be highly organised with impeccable time management skills. Good communication skills are a must, as are intermediate to advanced computer skills. You must display a natural ability to think on your feet and be extremely efficient in your work. This role requires someone who possess a high attention to detail.
