Market Research Analyst required to support development & coordination of CX program

Our client are a large state government agency in NSW
Your new role
In this role you will be part of a team that supports and guides the desired customer experience and outcomes for the people and businesses of NSW,
- Support the development and coordination of the customer experience programme, collecting and analysing data with a focus on sentiment analysis and text analytics
- Part of the digital feedback team
- Key to the role will be assessing the different text analytics software options and feeding into best practice recommendations
- In addition, the role includes reviewing the organisation's current social listening platform alongside what else is available in the market
- Software optimisation and text analysis optimisation
What you'll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualification in a related field such as data science, mathematics, statistics, computer sciences or relevant field with a significant data administration and/or statistics element, or equivalent experience
- Naturally curious with an analytical mind - ability to observe patterns and come to conclusions
- Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
- Experience with text analytics and social listening platforms
- Experience in MS PowerPoint/Excel/Word
- Experience with Q/Displayr beneficial but not necessary
Candidates with exposure to Luminoso or Meltwater will be looked upon favourably
