Your new company
A global manufacturer who is a brand leader and well known in their industry, and throughout the world for their commitment to quality. Based in the fringe of Sydney's CBD, they operate in almost every country in the world.

Your new role
The 'glue' that keeps the office together, as the Office Manager you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that the office and the team runs smoothly on a day to day basis. Some of your duties will include but are not limited to;

Office Management

  • Full office coordination and replenishment
  • Booking flights, hotels and other travel as required
  • Coordination of internal and external company events
  • Main point of contact for suppliers and contractors
  • Responsible for mail, couriers and tech support
  • Ad hoc support to CFO and finance team

HR Administration

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Provide first level support for HR queries
  • Coordination of on boarding processes
  • Maintaining personnel files
  • Prepare contracts and variation letters and welcome packs
  • Generate reports
  • Coordinate team training

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will have demonstrated experience in a hands on office management role
  • Experience handling internal HR administration
  • You will be confident with an empathetic manner
  • You will be highly confidential
  • Intermediate in MS Office suite
  • Accounting practises knowledge is highly desirable
  • You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work with the attitude that no job is too big or too small

This is a full time permanent role and therefore only Permanent Residents or Citizens will be considered.
