We’re looking for the perfect person to join our team representing the Schild Estate brand in our Tasting Room. Our type of people are engaging, passionate, fun, mature with the ability to work autonomously and within a tight-knit team. Must be able to commit to regular weekend shifts.

The main role is to host guests for bespoke tastings that showcase our full range of premium wines, but we need someone who has buckets full of initiative and is willing to dive into a wide variety of tasks depending on the day, season or direction of the wind.

Full training provided, but experience in things like hospitality, wine, customer service, sales would be an advantage. RSA certificate require prior to commencement.

Schild Estate Wines is a five-red-star winery located just outside of Lyndoch. We are family-owned, third generation grape growers and producers of premium wines that are exported around Australia and the world. We are a small team who love what we do, we’re looking forward to welcoming a new member to the team.
