We are currently seeking a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join the team. In this busy role you will assist with a variety of administration related tasks such as writing job advertisements, reviewing CV’s, preparing candidate profiles, completing candidate reference checks and supporting the Property, Retail, Commercial & Development team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ad hoc administration and co-ordination tasks for the team
  • Actioning administration associated with job placements
  • Preparing and posting advertisements
  • Screening, shortlisting and preparing candidate recommendations
  • Completing candidate reference checks
  • Assisting with recruitment reporting

The Ideal Candidate

  • The role requires a strong performer with previous experience in a similar role, or alternatively someone with a strong administration background looking to gain recruitment related experience to grow their career.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across the team
  • You are well organised and able to adapt to shifting priorities and a diverse workload
  • You will apply a detail-oriented approach to all tasks with a commitment to continuous improvement and efficiency
