Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an Administration Support - Education.This position is located in their busy Lidcombe office for an initial 4 month contract.
Duties
- Telephone and email support to stakeholders
- Identifying and referring complex enquiries to business areas
- Identification and implementation of business process and system improvements
- Update and maintain standard operating procedures
- Use enquiry management technology to manage and log enquiries
- Drafting of high level minutes, letters and email correspondence
Requirements/Skills
- The ability to follow standard procedures correctly and consistently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High level computer/ office software skills and the ability to learn new systems.
- Strong attention to detail
