Customer Service Officer | Federal Government | Brisbane CBD Based | Contract through until End April 2021

Your new company
You will be working with a Federal Government department based in Brisbane CBD. Joining a large and supportive team you will be working in a fast paced and customer centred environment.

Your new role
This will be a temporary ongoing role, with an attractive hourly rate. As a Customer Service Officer your role is to resolve feedback in line with the complaints handling process. You are the first point of contact for all customer enquiries into the department where you will provide information and advice. This will involved high levels of empathy and strong reporting skills, to ensure you are getting the correct information.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working in a similar role, a busy call centre, where you are used to dealing with queries and sometimes complaints. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written along with good IT skills.

What you'll get in return
