Join this well-established and expanding agency situated in the heart of Melbourne CBD.
Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant and Administrator to join their team. 

Your daily duties will include: 

  • Personal Assistance and Admin support to the Operations Manager
  • HR Administrative tasks
  • Assisting with sales contracts
  • Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers
  • Diary and calendar management 
  • Produce job briefs as required 
  • Prepare, distribute and record correspondence 
  • Adhoc administration support 

To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes: 

  • Must hold a current Police Check
  • Real Estate Administration Experience would be highly regarded
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Must learn to use internal CRM
  • Professional, caring, and compassionate
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, OneDrive
  • Option of 2-3 days with 1 Day working from home
