Our Engineering Construction division provides large-scale multidisciplinary project management and construction services.

Monadelphous seek a highly motivated Site Administrator for a FIFO Project.

As a Site Administrator with Monadelphous you will carry out a wide range of task which will include:

Timesheet processing
Data entry from variety of information sources
Payroll entry and processing
Subcontractor claim review & payment
Invoicing
Roster management / accommodation and flight bookings
Source quotes and raise supply requisitions
Receiving / dispatching freight
Accounts payable and receivable
Document control
Providing general administrative support to the team

What you will bring

Minimum of 2 years site/project-based administration experience
Flexibility to occasionally work in different locations
Ability to work as part of a team, and autonomously
Professional interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet business critical deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Sound knowledge of Microsoft software packages
Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve
High attention to detail and accuracy in work produced
