Our client is looking for an Application Support Specialist with a Microsoft stack background to work in an Australian owned International Freight Forwarder.

Your new role
The Application Support Specialist will work within the Wintel environment to join their talented close- knit team located in Melbourne's North.

• Setting up, programming and maintaining Cargowise1 Workflows
• Programming client specific reports within VBA
• Admin level tasks within Microsoft Office 365 / Azure / InTune / Power BI
• Understanding forwarding and customs roles, and integrating them within the Workflow environment
• Communication with (50) users to assist in day-to-day helpdesk inquiries that arise (L1 - L3)
• Will be required to carry out testing for improvements & updates in infrastructure environment (Agile style approach).

What you'll need to succeed

• 5 years' experience in Freight Forwarding Operations (desirable, industry experience also sufficient)
• Capable of programming within C1, VBA, XML and HTML
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Ability to identify improvements and design solutions within the current environment
• Experience with design and programming of C1 Workflows
• Hold a current Australian driver's license
• Professional work ethic
• Great customer service
• Able to organise and prioritise workflow and to meet established timeframes
